The dog you see on the Digging Deeper Deck box is Roary, our cherished family Labrador Retriever, captured on her first birthday. The "digging deeper" idea for these cards was sparked by Roary's enthusiastic digging adventures. Whether she’s burying her favorite toys, cheese sticks, or even socks, she dives in with joy. We drew inspiration from her spirited searches to create a game that encourages you to dig deep into conversations—though hopefully with less mess!

In Loving Memory of Roary
In June 2025, at the young age of four, our beloved dog Roary passed away due to kidney complications. Though her time with us was far too short, she brought endless joy, love, and light into our lives. Roary’s playful spirit and gentle presence continue to inspire us every day.
We feel grateful that Roary was by our side to witness the creation of the Digging Deeper Deck and the launch of our store. Her gentle spirit and curious heart were a constant source of inspiration throughout the journey. We honor her memory through the Digging Deeper Deck, a project rooted in connection, curiosity, and care — values Roary exemplified so effortlessly.
